Mr. Tian started to work in July 1999, and has served as an engineer of Production Technology Department of Steelmaking Plant, Six Sigma Lean Operations Manager, and Director of Steelmaking Plant. He has rich experience in manufacturing management. Since October 2022, he has been serving as Vice President of Baosteel Central Research Institute.
