Mr. Zou was born in July 1968, graduated from Chongqing Technology College in 1989, and obtained his MBA Degree from Ohio University in 2004.
Mr. Zou has abundant experience in corporate governance and steel manufacturing management, etc. He has successively served as the manager of steelmaking plant, General Manager Assistant and Deputy General Manager of Wuhan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Corporation. Since Oct. 2016, he has served as Member of the Standing Party Committee of China BAOWU Steel Group Co., Ltd.. Since Feb. 2017, he has served as General Manager of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.. Since Jan. 2019, he has served as Chairman of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.
